Of course Cy is a creation of God. To think of Cy as a mutant, then why is she the only one? Shouldn't the other kitten who shared the womb with Cy have some sort of mutation too?
Sending Cy into this world could be a message from God to open both of our eyes. The eyes that He the Father of creation gave to us.
Not everything that can't be explained is a freak of nature. God has a reason for everything He does.
