Lost Word Museum Returns Policy

If we ship you the wrong item or an item gets damaged, we will pay the shipping charge for you to send it back and the charge for us to send you the right item. If you order the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return it and any charge for us to re-send you the right item. We do not charge a restocking fee, but the item must still be in the same good salable condition in which we shipped it, and you must request permission before you ship the item.

What are the return policies for Lost World Museum?

  • You may receive a full refund on merchandise returned within 30 days, with the original invoice/receipt.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition including all packaged accessories.
  • Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 30 days of purchase.

We will notify you by email once we have issued your refund or shipped your replacement/exchange item. Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used for purchasing.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition or has been damaged.
  • Sale items or special order items.
